One word to describe Julie; Driven. Julie has a drive for life and for helping others in any way she can. Julie graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She was a two sport student-athlete, starting for the Women’s Soccer and Women’s Basketball programs. During her college career, she was ranked #3 in the Nation with Most Goals Scored in a single season (Soccer), nominated as Back-to-Back Wingate University Female Athlete of the Year, and named Wingate University’s Female Athlete of the Decade. In High School, Julie broke the North Carolina State Record for Most Goals Scored in a Career, 195 goals (Soccer). Julie is also a member of Wingate University Sports Hall of Fame. After college, she spent 3 years as a NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Coach, coaching soccer at every age and almost every level. Julie’s drive and desire to help others led her into the Fire Service, where she serves as a career Firefighter and Captain for The Charlotte Fire Department. Julie is also a Fellow of Applied Functional Science in Chain Reaction Biomechanics of Human Movement and like Kelly, she has a passion for human movement and understanding of the human body. She is also a Level II Frederick Stretch Therapist. Julie’s training philosophy is simple; To understand each client’s individual needs and capabilities, while providing them with the skills, knowledge, tools, and environment to become successful.

“EVERYONE IS TREATED AS THE INDIVIDUAL THEY ARE, UNIQUE TO THE BIOMECHANICS THAT ALLOW THEM TO PERFORM TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES .”
At TriMov, we address the individual differences that will help each client perform to the best of their abilities. Not one person is the same and each person moves differently.
